              Responsible for customer service for passengers on arriving flights by helping them obtain their valet bags and information on connecting flights. Dispatch flights making sure all passengers have correct ticketing and tags for carryon bags and that anyone needing extra help i.e. wheelchair or children are accommodated for arrival or departure flight. Coordinate loading passengers on time, make sure the flight crew has all the paperwork they need and passenger counts are correct. Rebook passengers that missed flights. Make sure gate area is secure by verifying crew credentials and no one goes onto the jet bridge without proper authorization. Make sure the area is clear and secure before moving the jet bridge to or away from the aircraft. Give directions, book hotels and coordinate shuttle if a passenger needs to stay overnight, identify any problems and resolve or identify person who can.
